Dalia graduated from the Art Institute of Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design which started her career in business concept management. This served as a steppingstone to explore the finance industry where she acquired an NMLS license, series 6, 63 and life licenses.  Dalia then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from SNHU, with a concentration in Marketing which jumpstarted her career with Rushing Financial in May of 2023.

Dalia is an avid poker player and in her spare time, she loves traveling with her husband and living life with their two dogs.
