Rushing Financial Group uses an industry-leading online contracting system designed to make submitting carrier contracts faster, easier and more accurate.

STEP #1

Download and complete the Fast Track Licensing Setup Packet.

STEP #3

Once contracting forms are received in good order, an email will be sent to you from our system (contracts@surancebay.com) asking you to review, confirm accuracy and adhere signature to your pre-populated carrier specific appointment forms prior to submission to the insurance carrier by our office.
 

  • Click on link to login into secure site

  • Enter your social security number and date of birth to access paperwork

  • Scroll to the bottom to review all pages. If you notice any errors, please contact our office.

  • Client ‘Confirm: Apply My Signature’ found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

STEP #2

Return forms to Renee Benefit (Renee.Benefiel@capitasfinancial.com) or fax to

317-569-7090 Attn: Licensing.

STEP #4

The completed carrier specific contracting appointment forms are immediately sent to the carrier by our office for processing by the carrier.

An email will be sent to you confirming carrier appointment has been completed and is active.
