Pam graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Business Administration.  She began her career as Office Manager for Motorola, then moved to Lambda Chi Headquarters managing their computer system, mailing department, building maintenance, and membership data input. Her career also encompassed owning two service stations in Indianapolis.

Pam joined Rushing Financial Group in 2002.  She currently handles all in force policyholder service requests including ownership/beneficiary changes, loans, surrenders, premium and face amount changes, smoker to nonsmoker changes, third party authorization requests, inforce illustration requests and various other inforce services.
