Renee graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Insurance in 1994. Upon graduation, she worked for an Independent Agent until 1998 in an administrative support and sales role. She then went on to work for a home office from 1998-2003 as the head of their new business department. She started with Rushing Financial Group in February 2003 and has functioned in several roles, including new business development, marketing and most recently, underwriting and case management.

 

Renee and her husband, Bruce, live in Pendleton, Indiana and have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
